  • Define best practices for intake, prioritization, QA, and reporting.
  • Lead and develop the CRM Operations team, scaling with automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4–6+ years CRM, lifecycle, or marketing ops with large programs.
  • 3+ years people management, including managers and senior ICs.
  • Cross-functional initiatives involving systems, tooling, or ops transformation.
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms and martech stacks; Movable Ink preferred.
  • Strong CRM execution across email, push, in-app channels.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
