CRM Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, SOQL)
• Write secure, reusable code with tests, error handling, and performance.
• Build and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST, Platform Events, and OAuth.
• Coordinate with vendors, engineering, data, and security teams for secure integrations.
• Manage Salesforce sandbox strategy: sandbox types, refresh cadence, ownership, deployment paths.
• Define and maintain DevOps standards for GitHub: branches, PRs, releases, rollbacks.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering, CRM, and/or enterprise app development
• Solid understanding of Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, SAQL, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, OAuth
• Prior AI for agentic code generation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business partners
