CRM Production Manager

📋 Description

• Own CRM campaigns and complex, multi-channel customer journeys across email, push, SMS, in-app
• Serve as the channel subject matter expert, establishing high standards for campaign QA
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve CRM production playbooks, workflows, and best practices.
• Own production processes across the CRM technology stack, including Iterable, Contentful
• Ensure audiences, data, content, and journey logic move reliably and accurately across CRM
• Translate ambiguous targeting requirements into clear audience definitions and executable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel CRM production across email, push, SMS, and
• Deep understanding of ESP and CDP ecosystems, including how audiences, data, content, and logic
• Strong experience with CRM production platforms; experience with Iterable, Contentful, Cloudinary
• Strong understanding of email governance, compliance, deliverability, and production best practices.
• Strong command of CRM data, engagement metrics, behavioral signals, audience health indicators, and
• Ability to translate data and performance insights into practical CRM and audience optimization
