📋 Description

Develop UK&I CRM Capability & Innovation Roadmap.
Identify and implement CRM, AI & MarTech capabilities.
Lead adoption of AI-enabled CRM capabilities and outcomes.
Own Optimove CRM SME; maximize platform value.
Partner with CRM, Martech, Product and Data Science teams.
Monitor trends and governance to evolve CRM maturity.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years in CRM, Marketing, MarTech or Innovation roles.
Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, retention and loyalty.
Experience with Optimove, Braze, SFMC or Adobe Campaign.
Experience leading CRM transformation or innovation programmes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking.
Excellent stakeholder management across functions.
