Own the CRM platform across in-app, email, push, and SMS channels.
Define audience schema and data sync with engineering.
Build deliverability infrastructure: sender authentication, IP warm-up, monitoring.
Own unsubscribe and preference center, suppression lists, COPPA/CAN-SPAM/GDPR compliance.
Design and run lifecycle programs: retention, engagement, newsletters.
Manage onboarding flows: sign-up confirmations, waitlists, cohorts, referrals.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of CRM experience building multi-channel lifecycle programs.
Hands-on experience owning marketing automation platforms at scale (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io).
Segmentation architecture across four audiences: students, parents, teachers, prospects.
COPPA and child-directed compliance knowledge.
Data fluency: behavioral data, funnel analytics, AB tests, reporting.
Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Editorial and Engineering.
Startup mindset: comfortable building in a growing platform.
