  • Plan and launch CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push for Casino and Sportsbook
  • Manage promo calendar: bonuses, free bets, tournaments, gamification
  • Drive activation, retention and reactivation
  • Build customer segments from behavioural and transactional data
  • Run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion and retention
  • Track CRM metrics (GGR, retention, ARPU) with Optimove/Smartico/Customer.io

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 2+ years as CRM Manager in iGaming
  • Experience launching CRM campaigns across onboarding, retention, and reactivation
  • Knowledge of CRM metrics: NGR, Active Days, Churn Rate, ARPU
  • Experience with CRM platforms and analytics tools such as Tableau
  • Knowledge of behavioural, value-based, and lifecycle segmentation
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Analytics; English: upper-intermediate
