Cruise Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day cruise operations to ensure quality and excellence.
• Manage workflows for the cruise booking portal, rollout and adoption.
• Lead multiple projects from planning through execution and improvement.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes at scale and boost efficiency.
• Monitor performance via reporting and data analysis to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with Product Operations, Booking Platform, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in operations, PM, or related business function.
• Experience managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills with data reporting and insights.
• Proven success designing, improving, and scaling processes.
• Ownership of a business function with proactive execution.
• Cross-functional collaboration; experience with Jira, CRM, BI, and spreadsheets.
