Crypto Settlement Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee daily settlement of on-chain deposits and withdrawals.
• Monitor and analyze weekly KPIs; identify gaps; improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with teams on crypto deposit/withdrawal issues.
• Assist CX team in resolving escalated crypto deposit/withdrawal issues.
• Stay updated on latest developments in crypto.
• Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Able to work on weekends and holidays.
• Willing to work mid-shift or night shift.
• Experience in Operations, Clearing & Settlement, or Reconciliation in digital assets.
• Graduate in Business/Operations Management or equivalent.
• Interest in Web3 and basic crypto knowledge.
• Strong English and Filipino communication.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Google Suite.
• Highly flexible; able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
