CSA Engineer - B&I (Building & Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Site inspection and supervision of Construction, Structural and Architectural works
• Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions and ITPs
• Provide comments and recommendations within assigned authority
• Coordinate contractors and monitor construction quality/progress
• Manage inspection records and reporting non-conformances

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture or related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision, QA/QC or site engineering
• Practical knowledge of CSA works including civil works, structural concrete, steel structure
• Good understanding of drawings, specifications, Vietnamese construction standards, ITPs, method
• Ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and subcontractors
• Good report writing and communication skills in Vietnamese; English communication is an advantage
