🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client success or related role.
• Manage a book of business across the client lifecycle.
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholders (clients, health plans, partners).
• Tell stories with data and present recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentations.
• Data integration proficiency and advanced Excel.
• Experience with client success platforms (Gainsight, Salesforce).
