CSM Project Manager Intern

📋 Description

• Own project plans for customer onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives, including scope
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and resolve blockers.
• Track and report project status, risks, and outcomes to CS leadership and stakeholders.
• Use KnowBe4 assessments, reporting, and health indicators to measure adoption trends and project
• Design, document, and continuously improve CS playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, and

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs)
• Familiarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)
• IT experience/exposure is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication, including executive-level updates
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
