Support the French sales and account teams in CSP customer conversations.
Understand customer licensing requirements and translate them into appropriate proposals.
Prepare CSP quotations, pricing scenarios and commercial proposals.
Follow up proposals until closure.
Support CSP renewals and proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Help position additional Microsoft cloud solutions and services where relevant to the customer.

🎯 Requirements

Fluent French and good professional English
Strong administrative and organisational capabilities
Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
Commercial and sales mindset, not afraid to follow up with customers or sales colleagues
Comfortable preparing and discussing commercial proposals
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously
