📋 Description

• Join strategic initiative to build a behavioral intelligence platform.
• Act as the technical authority for platform decisions.
• Lead data architecture, privacy-preserving systems, and multi-tenant infra.
• Report to Blend’s Chief Solutions Officer within the delivery team.
• Define blueprint across cloud data warehouse, clean room infra, embeddings, privacy controls.
• Guide clean room design and ensure privacy framework compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data/platform architecture with 3+ years at scale.
• Deep experience with Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Lead technical strategy in high-stakes client contexts.
• Experience designing for privacy, compliance, or security constraints.
• Background in consulting delivery or embedded partner roles.
