• Own stability of a system where millions post within two minutes daily
• Lead 12 squads across three codebases: release discipline, platform, DX
• Own infra cost as a P&L: GCP, Cloud Spanner, media at scale
• Complete Node.js to Go migration without slowing delivery
• Hire exceptional engineers, develop them, and hold the bar
• Set technical strategy with the CEO and product leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in engineering; 6+ leading leaders
• Scaled high-traffic consumer product
• Architect-level depth in distributed-systems trade-offs
• Built regression-prevention systems for teams shipping in parallel
• Lead distributed teams with metrics and fast async decisions
• Bonus: experience in consumer social, camera or media
