Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for cannabis gardens; monitor plant health and production.
• Perform day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, harvesting, trimming.
• Maintain quality control and Cresco Labs standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and efficiency of production area.
• Move plants between areas to optimize workflow.
• Transplant smaller plants into bigger pots as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years’ experience in general production, preferably regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
