Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for cannabis gardens.
• Water, prune, harvest, and trim plants daily.
• Monitor plant production and quality to Cresco standards.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas for efficiency.
• Move plants to support growth and transplant as needed.
• Assist with facility cleaning and equipment upkeep as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years general production experience; cannabis preferred.
• Indoor/greenhouse work environment; tolerate pollen and dust.
• Effective time-management and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Must be 21+ and comply with industry regulations.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–4:30PM.
