📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for cannabis gardens; monitor plant health.
• Perform daily plant care: watering, pruning, harvesting, trimming.
• Maintain quality control per Cresco Labs standards.
• Keep production area organized, clean and efficient.
• Follow regulatory requirements and Cresco's policies.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of general production experience in a regulated field.
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Fast-paced, changing environment experience.
• Exposure to plant material, pollen or dust.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to torso level; sit/stand/kneel as needed.
