Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• Provide on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens.
• Perform day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, harvesting.
• Maintain quality control and production area cleanliness.
• Move plants between areas and pots; ensure efficiency.
• Maintain documentation for plant tracking and lots.
• Assist with facility cleaning and upkeep.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in regulated production for human consumption.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must be 21+ and comply with industry regulations.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
