Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• Daily plant care: watering, pruning, and health checks.
• Transplant plants into new containers with proper techniques.
• Prune and train plants (topping, lollipopping) for canopy.
• Monitor room conditions (temp, humidity, CO2) and report issues.
• Harvest at appropriate times; assist with bucking and drying.
• Maintain accurate records and keep the area clean.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in general production, preferably regulated field for human consumption.
• Experience in horticulture, agriculture, or cannabis cultivation preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plant biology, care, and cultivation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.
• Ability to follow SOPs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new cultivation practices and technologies.
