Cultivation Agent - Clone/Propagation - Weekend Shift

📋 Description

• Provide on-site cultivation support for cannabis vegetative and propagation gardens
• Complete tasks assigned by the Cultivation Team Lead
• Monitor and maintain plant production and health from clone through the vegetative stage
• Carry out day-to-day plant care including cloning, watering, pruning, transplanting, plant work
• Maintain quality control measures, organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the production area

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to perform job duties in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long
