Cultivation Agent - Greenhouse

📋 Description

• Provide on-site cultivation for one or more medical cannabis gardens
• Monitor and maintain plant production and health
• Perform plant care duties including watering, pruning, and trimming
• Move plants within the cultivation facility
• Transplant plants and handle Rockwool
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and cultivation equipment

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field for human consumption
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
