Cultivation Agent - Integrated Pest Management

📋 Description

• Measure, mix and apply pesticide and foliar mixtures per Cresco Labs policy.
• Communicate with IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead as well as other department supervisors and leads.
• Scout, scope, and monitor plant health according to Cresco Labs policy, as required.
• Execute pest/disease treatment schedules as outlined by the IPM Supervisor.
• Assist with data entry and track & trace.
• Fill out all IPM logs and reports as directed by IPM Supervisor and IPM Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years’ experience in general production; or suitable mix of experience and training.
• Effective time-management, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and self-starter.
• Ability to stand and wear protective equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain State of Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License; including completion of state required documents & exams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Ability to read pesticide labels.
