Cultivation Agent - IPM

📋 Description

• Execute IPM tasks per Cresco Labs policy
• Measure, mix, and apply pesticide foliar blends as directed
• Scout, monitor, and ensure plant health across facilities
• Follow IPM schedules and coordinate with IPM Supervisor/Lead
• Maintain IPM logs and reports per requirements
• Adhere to safety and PPE guidelines during tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Two years’ general production experience or equivalent training
• Effective communication with supervisors and leads
• Ability to stand for extended periods and wear PPE
• Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the United States
• State of Illinois Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking能力
