📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for cannabis gardens.
• Day-to-day plant care: water, prune, harvest, trim.
• Maintain quality control for high-quality product.
• Keep production area organized, clean, and efficient.
• Follow Cresco Labs cultivation policies and standards.
• Monitor plant production and health as directed.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years in general production (regulated field).
• Time management and multitasking.
• Indoor and greenhouse climates experience.
• Fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exposure to plant material, pollen and dust.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
