Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-train to support full cannabis growth cycle from clone to harvest
• Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to keep ideal conditions
• Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease; remove substandard plants
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory
• Support curing, labeling, packing; maintain inventory accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with plant care or cannabis cultivation
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• High school diploma or GED required
• Able to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable, team-oriented with good communication
