• Cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
• Grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards
• Daily plant care and environmental monitoring to meet quality goals
• Harvest support: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory
• Assist curing and packaging; monitor climate and labeling
• Maintain clean cultivation areas and operate essential systems
