Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-trained to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests or disease, removing substandard plants
• Assist with harvest: cut plants, trim, weigh products, record inventory in the electronic tracking system
• Support curing: hang and dry-rack flowers, label and weigh products, enter inventory data

🎯 Requirements

• Natural green thumb with passion for working with plants
• Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting (gardening counts)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Sharp attention to detail; strong documentation and inventory skills
• Solid math and measurement skills; able to operate a scale
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
