Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-trained to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, pests, or disease; remove nonconforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut plants, trim, weigh products, and record inventory.
• Support curing: hang and dry-rack flowers; monitor climate; label and weigh inventory.

• Reliable, detail-oriented with strong documentation and inventory skills.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
