Cloning: cuttings, rooting, transplanting; clone care, watering, feeding.
Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature; follow QC standards.
Inspect crop for leaf texture, bloom size, pests, disease; remove substandard plants.
Care for plants during vegetative and flowering phases.

Green thumb and passion for working with plants.
Experience with harvesting plants in work or home settings.
Ability to work well in fast-paced, team environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and implement company cultivation practices.
Experience with weights and measurements is a plus.
