Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
• Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature for ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, disease; remove substandard plants.
• Assist harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and log inventory.
• Support curing: hang and dry-rack flowers; log inventory.

🎯 Requirements

• Natural green thumb with passion for plants; harvesting experience welcomed.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and collaborates well.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and consistency.
• Reliable, detail-oriented with solid documentation, inventory, and organization.
• Solid math and measurement skills; able to operate a scale.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
