Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-train across the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
• Perform daily plant care to keep plants healthy and productive
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature for optimal growth
• Inspect plants for leaf health, pests, and disease
• Assist with harvests, curing, and inventory recording
• Follow state regulations and maintain clean cultivation areas

• Natural green thumb with a passion for plants
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Reliable, organized with solid documentation and inventory skills
• Solid math and measurement skills; able to operate a scale
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
