Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-trained to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
• Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature for ideal conditions
• Inspect plants for leaf health, pests, or disease; remove noncompliant
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh; record inventory
• Support curing: hang/dry, label, weigh, enter inventory

🎯 Requirements

• Green thumb with passion for plants; harvesting exp
• Team player; work well in fast-paced environments
• Detail-oriented; strong focus on quality and consistency
• Reliable, organized; strong documentation and inventory skills
• Good math and measurement; able to use a scale confidently
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
