Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-train to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
• Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature for optimal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for health; remove those not meeting standards.
• Harvest support: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
• Cure support: hang/dry, monitor climate, label and weigh products, input inventory data.

• You have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
