Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Cross-train to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
• Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning.
• Monitor humidity, temperature, and moisture to meet quality goals.
• Inspect plants for health, bloom size, pests, or disease; remove non-conforming plants.
• Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh; record in the tracking system.
• Support curing: hang and dry-rack, label, weigh products, enter inventory.
