📋 Description

• Support Nursery, Flower, and Harvest stages in cultivation process.
• Cut, propagate, and transplant clones to support early growth.
• Monitor moisture, humidity, and temperature to ensure root development.
• Maintain clean, sterile environments for young plants.
• Track plant progress and remove plants not meeting quality standards.
• Weigh, label, and inventory in compliance with state regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Stand 8-10 hours per shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Follow processes and meet production goals.
• Team player, flexible across departments.
