Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning.
• Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
• Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease; remove nonconforming.
• Assist harvest: cut plants, trim, weigh products, and record inventory.
• Support curing: hang and dry-rack flowers, monitor climate, label and weigh inventory.
• Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate controls; keep areas clean.
