Cultivation Associate

📋 Description

• Performing daily plant care such as cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming
• Tracking humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions and meet quality
• Inspecting plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease and removing any that don't meet
• Assisting with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, removing flowering tops, weighing products, and
• Supporting the curing process by hanging and dry-racking flowers, monitoring climate conditions
• Operating and maintaining lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems while stocking supplies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with harvesting in a professional or home setting (gardening counts)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
• Sharp attention to detail
• Strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
• Solid math and measurement skills and ability to operate a scale
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
