📋 Description

• Perform plant maintenance activities including pruning, defoliation, staking, transplanting, and
• Monitor plant health and identify potential issues related to pests, disease, or environmental
• Support irrigation, nutrient delivery, and environmental management processes
• Maintain cultivation records and follow inventory tracking procedures
• Help maximize plant quality, consistency, and yield through attention to detail and adherence to
• Assist with harvesting plants during large harvest events

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in working with plants in a hands-on cultivation environment
• Experience in agriculture, horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse operations, or gardening is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support cultivation and harvest operations as needed
• Reliability and ability to follow established processes and production schedules
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and physically active work
