📋 Description

• Performing daily plant care such as cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming
• Tracking humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
• Inspecting plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease
• Assisting with harvest by cutting plants, trimming, weighing products, and recording inventory in
• Supporting the curing process by hanging and dry-racking flowers, monitoring climate, labeling and
• Operating and maintaining lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems

• Natural green thumb and passion for working with plants, with experience harvesting in professional
• Thrive in fast-paced, team environment
• Sharp attention to detail for quality and consistency
• Reliable and detail-oriented with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
• Solid math and measurement skills and ability to operate a scale
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
