Cultivation Associate - Nursery

📋 Description

• Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, and pruning.
• Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal conditions.
• Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease.
• Harvest: cut plants, trim, weigh products, and record inventory.
• Cure: hang and dry-rack flowers, label and weigh products, enter inventory data.
• Operate lighting, irrigation, climate-control systems; keep areas clean and sanitized.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience harvesting plants in professional or home settings.
• Team player in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Strong documentation, inventory, and math/measurement skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable with humidity, varying temperatures, and cannabis odors.
