📋 Description

• Oversee cultivation tasks and processes on site.
• Coordinate cross-department site projects and resources.
• Serve as liaison between site, corporate, and external teams.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and prioritization of initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Botany/Plant Science/Horticulture or related field.
• 3+ years in commercial agriculture/manufacturing; cannabis preferred.
• 3+ years managing hourly workforce.
• Strong leadership, business sense, and communication skills.
• Experience with crop management, irrigation, and nutrient protocols.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, functions, pivots).
