Cultivation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day cultivation staff and processes.
• Oversee Flower, IPM, and fertigation activities.
• Delegate tasks to gardeners per garden calendar.
• Coordinate with Cultivation Manager to communicate plans.
• Ensure plant health and Cresco policy adherence.
• Maintain documentation for cultivation activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in cultivation ops.
• Proven ability to manage cultivation staff and tasks.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills; manufacturing exp preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle plant material.
