Cultivation Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations in the cultivation department.
• Supervise harvest process and flower production.
• Set and maintain trellising and defoliation events.
• Uphold cleaning standards and SOP adherence.
• Collaborate with Cultivation Manager to meet SOPs and production goals.
• Lead a team to ensure safe, efficient, compliant operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience in cultivation
• Advanced knowledge of cultivation facility operations
• Ability to lead cultivation staff and ensure SOPs and regulatory compliance
• Excellent multitasking, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law
• Must be able to stand/sit and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
