📋 Description

• Lead or assist with field activities (hikes, boats, kayak, snorkel).
• Represent Lindblad Expeditions with integrity and professionalism.
• Provide in-field and on-board interpretation for guests.
• Prepare 30–40 min voyage-theme presentations.
• Lead evening recaps highlighting guests’ daily experiences.
• Dine with guests; foster cross-cultural connections.

🎯 Requirements

• Germany-focused expertise in natural history and culture.
• Public speaking and guest-education skills.
• Ability to present cultural stories to large and small groups.
• CPR & First Aid certification (higher level preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years related experience.
• Flexible hours and travel on itineraries.
