Culture & Engagement Partner

📋 Description

• Conduct organizational culture and engagement assessments to identify trends, strengths, risks, and
• Gather and analyze employee feedback using engagement surveys, pulse surveys, listening sessions
• Ensure reporting strictly adheres to global employee data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and
• Translate employee sentiment and workforce insights into actionable recommendations for leaders
• Build dashboards, reports, executive summaries, and presentations that support data-informed
• Monitor engagement, retention, and employee experience indicators to proactively identify morale

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Communications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Organization
• Experience supporting employee engagement surveys, employee listening programs, action planning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze employee insights and translate findings into actionable
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and working effectively across distributed or
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, project coordination, and
