Curriculum Developer: Aerospace Technician (contract; part time)

📋 Description

• Review and advise on proposed curriculum to ensure concepts are included
• Develop lessons, demos, and hands-on exercises for aerospace techs
• Iterate on curriculum based on SME feedback to align with industry standards
• Collaborate with other curriculum developers and peer review lessons
• Review lessons and QA exercises, documenting protocol changes
• Remote position; participate in weekly team meetings to stay on track

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience
• Demonstrated depth in Structures, Assembly & Integration, or Composites
• Experience with aerospace safety and quality standards (OSHA, 5S, FOD)
• 3+ years in curriculum development, instructional design, or technical writing
• Experience teaching or mentoring adult learners in technical subjects
• Strong written communication to translate complex concepts for beginners
