Curriculum Developer: Data Center Technician (contract; part time)

📋 Description

• Develop lessons from provided outlines using GenAI (Claude) within the company workflow
• Draft lesson-level outlines applying Learning Experience Design principles
• Iterate on drafted lessons based on feedback from Content Developer and Learning Designer
• Use GenAI to translate lesson content into another language and verify accuracy
• Audit existing content to stay accurate and industry-relevant
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and peer-review lessons, giving feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of curriculum development experience, preferably in technical or IT/infrastructure fields
• 3+ years as curriculum developer, instructional designer, or adult educator
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Claude) for drafting/iteration
• Strong grounding in adult learning theory and Learning Experience Design principles
• Knowledge of instructional design frameworks (e.g., backward design, Bloom’s Taxonomy) and
• Strong written and verbal English communication to convey complex concepts
