Customer Activation Manager | Stack Accounting

📋 Description

• Learn how each customer handles close, reconciliations, journal entries, exceptions, and review
• Translate the current process into an implementation plan with clear inputs, owners, dependencies
• Guide Controllers, accountants, and other stakeholders from discovery through first use, training
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other Ramp teams on deployments as well as
• Act as an advocate and expert on AI-assisted accounting work.
• Turn early customer learnings into reusable discovery questions, launch steps, and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Roughly 4+ years of relevant experience in customer success, software implementation, accounting
• Hands-on accounting fluency: you can explain source data, close or reconciliation steps
• Experience translating an accounting or finance workflow into a software implementation or process
• Ownership of customer or client adoption beyond setup, including stakeholder alignment, training
• Clear communication with both finance leaders and hands-on accountants, especially when a proposed
• Comfort creating a plan and reusable process when the product and implementation motion are still
