📋 Description

• Define the annual case study and proof-point content roadmap in partnership with Product Marketing
• Determine which customer stories, quotes, and proof points to pursue based on expected pipeline
• Own the scaled creation and end-to-end delivery of customer content — quotes, testimonials, and
• Use tools like Peerbound to transform customer insights from Gong calls into approved, actionable
• Own the creation and promotion of customer spotlights.
• Manage updates to existing case studies and customer stories as messaging and strategy evolve.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, content marketing, or marketing operations, with
• Proven track record of setting a content roadmap and prioritizing initiatives against business
• Proven track record of owning content projects end-to-end, including legal/compliance coordination.
• Experience owning vendor relationships and budget, ideally for review-generation or reference
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for turning customer insight into compelling assets.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and content intelligence tools (e.g., Peerbound
