Customer Architect

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the account team to provide ongoing technical coverage.
• Define the technical success plan for each customer to meet goals.
• Manage onboarding to adoption and drive Elastic consumption.
• Translate customer business needs into Elastic technical requirements.
• Remove technical frictions and promote smooth adoption.
• Liaise with customers and support to optimize resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Info Systems, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in English required.
• Experience as Solutions Architect/Pre-sales with Elastic or similar tech.
• Experience with Elastic Observability, Security, or Enterprise Search.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead multiple projects and meet deadlines.
